About the course
As a course coordinator, you often have the idea that you need to constantly assess student learning yourself, but there are other ways to assess the knowledge and skills of students. Have you ever thought of using self-assessment or peer assessment methods? This workshop focusses on questions such as: When is self- and peer assessment useful? How to enhance student learning by developing assessments for self- and peer assessment?
Objectives
After completing this workshop, you will:
- Know the basic principles of self- and peer-assessment.
- Apply self- and peer-assessment, for different purposes and on your own teaching.
