Teaching Delivery 3: Master Thesis Supervision Part 1/2

This workshop is mandatory for UTQ/BKO candidates, and for all colleagues who engage in master thesis supervision now or in the future. About the course

Supervising a student while they work on their master’s thesis is not an easy task: it requires flexibility, the skills to address a series of challenges, as well as persistence and a good network. In this first of two workshops, you will learn about thesis supervision at SBE, along with tips and tricks for effective thesis supervision.

 

Objectives

After completing this workshop, you will: 

  • Understand SBE’s thesis trajectory and regulations for supervisors and students.
  • Effectively manage the supervision process from the first meeting to the thesis defense.
